Data we process
Data from the contact form (name, company, email, phone, message) and, for candidates, the CV and qualification details.
Purpose and legal basis
Handling company requests (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and selecting candidates for positions (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Retention
Company requests for 3 years after the last contact. Candidate CVs for 12 months, then deleted unless you give new consent.
Recipients
We do not share data with third parties for marketing. With the candidate's consent we may send a CV to the client the position is for. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority. Write to info@bauelgroup.com.
